Andrew Bartholomew

As a Client Strategist at VisionSpark, Andrew serves as a trusted advisor and coach, fueled by compassion, curiosity, innovation, and creative problem solving. An evangelist for VisionSpark’s hiring process, he aims to ignite clarity and action that drive greater outcomes. Through his diverse entrepreneurial and leadership experiences, Andrew believes deeply in the value of cultural fit and having the right people in the right seats. His approach centers on discovery, collaboration, strategy, and execution to help leaders make confident, strategic hiring decisions.

Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and his Master’s in Finance and Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He began his career with EY, a Big 4 global professional services firm, and has since been immersed in the small and medium enterprise ecosystem, either working full time within organizations or serving as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives. His focus has always been on mutual involvement to solve problems and formulate strategic decisions.

Outside of work, Andrew is a U.S. Soccer D Licensed Coach who is passionate about turning the beautiful game into a global home for safety, belonging, and growth across North America, Central America, Southeast Asia, and East Africa.
