Jennifer (Jen) helps visionary-led companies develop hiring strategies for finding the right leaders and building strong, aligned teams.

As a Client Strategist, Jen understands visionary entrepreneurs, their ambition, the pressure they carry, and the caliber of leaders they need around them to bring their vision to life. By assessing what is truly required in each leadership role and accounting for culture, core values, personality fit, and future capabilities, she helps prevent costly misalignment and equips the Search Team with clear insights to build the right team. Her work brings clarity and confidence to visionaries and their leadership teams, strengthening alignment and long-term momentum.

Jen is known as an empathetic and integrity-driven professional with a strong moral compass and a high degree of accountability. She is resilient and solutions-oriented, committed to lifelong learning, and focused on delivering exceptional results for both clients and teammates. She particularly enjoys serving clients in professional services, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Jen is a current Vistage member who has served in a Sales Leadership role and collaborated closely with an EOS Implementer to deploy EOS across an organization.

Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, she currently lives in an almost 250-year-old farmhouse.
