The VisionSpark Search Consultants will then score and screen your candidates based on qualifications agreed upon during the Position Maximizer step. We’ll send the top candidates to you.
After you’ve conducted 1:1 culture-fit calls with your candidates, we’ll execute the Right-Fit Profiler step, which includes the Achiever assessment and behavioral interviews. We’ll share the comprehensive data and results with you so you can feel confident in who you’d like to invite to the final step.
Your team will conduct the final interviews, determine which candidate is the best culture and core values fit, and make that final offer.
