As a Senior Search Consultant at VisionSpark, Amanda partners with executive leadership teams to identify and secure high-impact talent for critical leadership roles. She is known for her consultative approach, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and key transitions by aligning talent strategy with business objectives, culture, and long-term vision. Amanda specializes in executive and senior-level searches, bringing structure, clarity, and thoughtful evaluation to complex hiring decisions. She primarily supports founders, owners, and senior leaders who value discretion, partnership, and long-term leadership fit.

Amanda’s strengths include executive search and leadership placement, stakeholder alignment and advisory partnership, culture fit and values-based hiring, structured interviewing and candidate assessment including TIP and behavioral interviewing, process improvement and search strategy optimization, high-touch client and candidate communication, and supporting founder-led and growth-stage companies.

Amanda has been with VisionSpark since 2021 and brings a strong background partnering with entrepreneurs and small business leaders throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University and has completed formal leadership development training.

Outside of her client work, Amanda especially enjoys presenting the TIP assessment and hiring tools at the EOS Conference and watching leaders experience those “aha” moments.
