Having served as a Senior Search Consultant with the firm since 2021, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate complex hiring decisions. Throughout her career, Amanda has partnered closely with founders, business owners, and executive teams to align recruitment strategies with their core business objectives and organizational culture. By transitioning into her role focused on Client Success Coordination, she ensures that VisionSpark’s deep data and structured processes are seamlessly woven into every stage of the client experience.

In her position, Amanda specializes in bringing structure, clarity, and thoughtful evaluation to the search lifecycle. She supports growth-stage companies by coordinating high-touch communication, managing stakeholder alignment, and utilizing precise candidate assessments including behavioral interviewing and the proprietary TIP Assessment. Her long tenure with the firm allows her to serve as a trusted guide for clients who value discretion, true partnership, and long-term leadership fit.

Her strengths lie at the intersection of executive search execution, values-based hiring, and process improvement. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University and has completed formal leadership development training, further strengthening her consultative approach to talent management.

Outside of her day-to-day client work, Amanda especially enjoys presenting the TIP assessment and hiring tools at the EOS Conference and watching leaders experience those “aha” moments.
