As a VisionSpark Assessment Consultant, Nancy partners with leaders to unlock the full potential of their talent, because she knows organizations thrive when they invest in their greatest asset: their people. With decades of experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and change management, she helps organizations make confident talent decisions and build stronger leadership teams. Her background across corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial environments gives her a practical, results-focused perspective on what drives engagement and long-term success.
Nancy’s expertise includes leadership assessment and interpretation, executive development guidance, behavioral frameworks such as MBTI, Hogan, DiSC, and DDI, and strategic talent management. She is known for translating assessment data into actionable strategies that improve communication, accountability, and team effectiveness.
Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree from Otterbein University and certifications including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, RCC, MBTI, Hogan, DDI, and DiSC. She has held recruiting and talent leadership roles at Sterling Commerce (IBM), Nationwide Insurance, Huntington Bank, and previously led her own talent management practice.
Outside of work, she is active in the local theatre community as a writer, director, and board member with Tipping Point Theatre Company. She and her husband share a long-standing holiday tradition supporting the Columbus Symphony.
