As an AI & Senior Client Strategist at VisionSpark, Kat brings a unique blend of strategic intuition, emotional intelligence, and operational rigor to her role. She partners with visionary leaders to uncover the root of their hiring challenges and guide them to right-fit leaders who align with their mission, values, and growth trajectory. Internally, she champions VisionSpark’s AI adoption, building efficiencies that allow the team to spend more time where it matters most, serving clients with clarity and purpose. Her blend of empathy and strategy ensures that both clients and team members feel supported, aligned, and equipped for long-term success.

Kat’s strengths include executive and leadership-level search strategy, AI integration and process optimization, deep knowledge of business operating systems including EOS®, Pinnacle, System & Soul, and Scaling Up, visionary client discovery and needs assessment, and a strong track record of driving growth and team expansion.

Kat is a Certified Exit Planner, Certified AI Consultant, and former business owner with more than 20 years of experience in sales, strategy, and leadership across multiple industries. Her entrepreneurial mindset, shaped by launching and growing a successful retail venture, informs everything she brings to clients and the VisionSpark team.

Outside of work, Kat is passionate about golf, pickleball, and her growing family of grandbabies. If she had a motto, it would be, “I play for fun. I just happen to define fun as winning.
