The Right Fit Profiler™ is a core part of the VisionSpark search process. It is a behavioral assessment for hiring that combines the TIP with our Leadership Behavioral Analysis.

- Team Analyzer
Team Analyzer is a specialized employee assessment for team health. Your team takes the TIP analysis and participates in a guided workshop to understand their collective dynamics.
Goal: Increase team health, improve the working environment, and become more productive!
- Side by Side
The Side-by-Side is part of our search process. We perform a TIP on both the candidate (or current employee) and the supervising manager to compare working styles.
Goal: Set the relationship up for success and provide behavioral interview questions for candidates that probe areas of potential concern.
