As a Search Consultant at VisionSpark, Makayla partners with clients to clarify the right role, define what success should look like, and lead the search for the best-fit candidate. She manages the process end to end, from interviewing and assessment through ensuring strong culture alignment and long-term team fit. Her focus is on understanding the goals and dynamics behind each hire so the selected leader strengthens the organization and integrates smoothly. She enjoys taking hiring off leaders’ plates so they can stay focused on running the business, especially during periods of growth or change.

Makayla’s strengths include defining key roles and hiring needs, leading the search and identifying strong candidates, conducting interviews and assessing culture fit, and supporting leaders in making confident hiring decisions.

Outside of work, she loves to travel and has visited all 50 states.
