What is the Side-by-Side Consultation?

The Side-by-Side Consultation is a 90-minute facilitated leadership alignment session designed to align two professionals using personalized, data-driven partnership coaching. Whether it’s a newly formed leadership duo, a new hire and their manager, or two team members in conflict, this session provides the structured space and expert guidance needed to build mutual understanding and collaboration.
