As a strategic Program and Operations leader with more than 20 years of experience, Edward brings operational excellence and revenue growth to high-stakes environments. He is known for aligning talent with organizational vision and measurable priorities, helping leadership teams translate big-picture strategy into executable plans and clear accountability. Edward has led cross-functional teams, managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, and guided organizations through complex change, process optimization, and executive-level talent alignment. His approach blends structured governance, digital collaboration tools, EOS® principles, and Lean methodologies to scale operations and optimize workforce productivity.

Edward’s strengths include project management, enterprise consulting, strategic partnerships, quality management, and continuous improvement. Edward holds professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and Professional Home Inspector through InterNACHI. Outside of work, Edward serves as a player-manager and team trustee for the Columbus Braves Men’s Adult Baseball League and as a youth coordinator for Major League Baseball’s R.B.I. program. He also enjoys coaching youth baseball and softball, gardening, mountain biking, and attending festivals with his family.
