Jen Young

Jennifer (Jen) Young has always enjoyed building relationships and is a people-person at heart. Her employment experience includes holding a sales seat or a sales leadership seat. She has been working since she was just 14-year-old and spent the two years implementing EOS on a leadership team.

She was drawn to VisionSpark when she saw the core values matched her own. She strives to understand where people are coming from, and what motivates them. That’s what makes her a perfect fit for VisionSpark.

Jen spends her day connecting with new people and serving others. She finds and grows new raving fans of VisionSpark; rallying them around new and great ideas. Jen works hard helping others to grow their businesses. She says the best part of her job is brainstorming with Visionaries and entrepreneurs.

Jen is originally from Bucks County, PA and currently lives in an almost 250-year old farmhouse where she enjoys drinking coffee on her back porch with her husband and working in her garden.  In her spare time, she loves to cook, entertain, and plan vacations. She and her husband have three children, Ethan, Emma, and Parker. Her greatest joy has been watching them grow up.

Q: If you weren’t working for VisionSpark, what would you be doing?
A: I would probably be helping an EOS Implementer, Pinnacle Business Guide, or Business Coach grow their business. I feel passionate about what a business operating system can bring to a business hitting the ceiling. Or I would be retired traveling with my family and doing volunteer work.

Q: What are you doing personally or professionally to further your development?
A: Professionally this past year I have read nine books on business operating systems, teamwork, and sales & marketing topics.  I like to listen to podcasts while taking a daily walk and enjoy a TED Talk from time to time. Personally, I read a few scriptures every morning to start my day.
