She works to deeply understand each client’s culture, leadership dynamics, and what success in the role truly looks like before beginning a search. Known for her thoughtful and practical communication style, Chloe guides hiring conversations with curiosity and clarity so leaders can make confident decisions. Her goal is always the same: help clients land the right person for the role and create hiring wins that turn them into raving fans.
Chloe’s strengths include consultative client partnership, position profile development and role definition, candidate evaluation and structured interviewing, managing executive searches from kickoff through hiring decision, and helping leadership teams navigate complex hiring decisions with clarity and confidence. She is particularly skilled at translating hiring challenges into practical next steps that move the search forward.
Chloe holds a B.A. in Professional Writing, Rhetoric, and Technology from the University of South Florida. Earlier in her career, she worked in Seattle’s high-volume hospitality industry, where she developed a strong service mindset while working with thousands of guests from diverse backgrounds.
Before joining VisionSpark, Chloe also worked in transplant donor coordination, partnering with families and medical teams to facilitate life-saving tissue and cornea donations.
