Stephanie Zaugg

Assessment Specialist

With a rich background in mental health and psychology, Stephanie Zaugg excels as VisionSpark’s Assessment Specialist. Her extensive experience as a counselor and Clinical Supervisor equips her to assist clients in finding top talent and strengthening their teams.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from National University and pursued an Master of Arts in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Prior to joining VisionSpark, she worked as a Clinical Supervisor for a company serving individuals with developmental disabilities, using therapeutic behavioral services to enhance their quality of life.
Stephanie was drawn to VisionSpark by its stellar reputation and alignment with her core values. She is excited about the opportunity to utilize her expertise to help clients find the right people for the right roles. As an Assessment Specialist, she meets with entrepreneurs daily, reviews Talent Impact Profile Assessment results, and assists in identifying ideal candidates to build and strengthen their teams.
Stephanie was born in Utah and moved to Laguna Beach, CA, at the age of 10. She spent most of her life in Orange County before relocating to Ohio four years ago. She was captivated by the slower pace, friendly people, and beautiful landscapes of Central Ohio, and has since embraced the vibrant seasons and numerous outdoor activities the area offers.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys cooking, entertaining, reading, exploring new areas on bike rides and watching football—Go Bengals! She volunteers at a center for abandoned cats and participates in a fine dining group to experience the best cuisine Columbus has to offer. Stephanie’s family includes her daughter in Wisconsin, two rescue cats and her parents, who are moving to Ohio soon.

Q: If you weren’t working for VisionSpark, what would you be doing?
A: I would move to Hawaii and build a sanctuary for homeless cats. I’d also spend my days on the beach writing a book.

Q: What are you doing personally or professionally to further your development?
A: I love learning about psychology and human behavior. I spend my free time reading books and taking courses to foster my spiritual and personal growth. I’m a huge fan of Brene Brown.
