As an Assessment Consultant at VisionSpark, Stephanie works closely with leaders and hiring managers to better understand how people think, communicate, and contribute within their organizations. Through her consultative approach, she helps leaders move beyond surface-level impressions and use assessment data to guide meaningful leadership conversations and informed talent decisions. Stephanie is passionate about helping organizations place the right people in the right seats and build cultures where both individuals and businesses thrive.

Stephanie’s strengths include leadership assessment interpretation, personality and behavioral insight, consultative guidance for hiring and leadership development, and translating psychological data into practical strategies leaders can apply. Her background allows her to bridge psychology and business in a way that is both accessible and actionable for organizations.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and pursued graduate studies in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Her academic background, combined with her experience working alongside leadership teams, gives her a strong foundation for helping organizations apply behavioral insight to real-world leadership challenges.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter and parents. She loves cooking, playing games, traveling, and relaxing at home with her two cats.
