Makayla Vidosh

Makayla joins the VisionSpark team as an Account Manager/Search Consultant. Born in Columbus, Ohio, she comes to us from Dish Network, where she worked as a recruiter. Before that, she served as an educator for six years. Drawn to VisionSpark for its emphasis on culture fit, she felt this was the perfect place to utilize her skillset.

She leads projects to help clients find the right person for their open position. Every day is different for Makayla, but she spends a lot of her time speaking with clients and candidates.

Makayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Waynesburg University and a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University. She also has completed Google’s Project Management Certification.

Makayla grew up in Columbus, but now lives in Denver, Colorado. She enjoys reading, caring for her houseplants, learning new things, camping, and hiking. She has a husky-shepherd mix named Kita. She loves to travel and aims to visit all 50 states by 2025. Her current count sits at 42!

Q: If you weren’t working for VisionSpark, what would you be doing?
A: I would be traveling the world.

Q: What are you doing personally or professionally to further your development?
A: Currently I am reading many different books on EOS and asking lots of questions to learn from my colleagues.
