Kathleen Thorne is a Search Consultant at VisionSpark with expertise in the fitness industry, project management, property management, and SaaS. Certified as a Fitness Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she brings a unique blend of skills to her role, focusing on candidate searches and ensuring client satisfaction.

Before joining VisionSpark, Kathleen worked at Inhabit, where her role shifted away from her project management strengths. She was drawn to VisionSpark by its industry focus and the opportunity to return to a project-oriented role.

Based remotely in Knoxville, TN, Kathleen’s workday involves sourcing high-quality candidates for VisionSpark’s clients. Outside of work, she’s committed to fitness, spending most evenings at the gym. Her weekends are for family, outdoor activities, and time with her boyfriend and three children: Noah, Natalie, and Ian.

Fun Fact: Kathleen was born in Rockledge, FL, and is an avid Alabama football fan—Roll Tide!
