Ariel DeLong is passionate about helping others succeed and bringing their visions to life. A true Texas gal, Ariel was born and raised in the Lone Star State and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of North Texas. She now calls the Piney Woods of deep East Texas home.

In her spare time, you’ll find Ariel practicing yoga, reading, listening to music, traveling, or enjoying quality time with her five rescue dogs and her significant other, Brian.

Q: If you weren’t working for VisionSpark, what would you be doing?
A: I would start my own consulting business while traveling to various mountain areas, where I’d spend my time paddle boarding, camping, and hiking with Brian.

Q: What are you doing personally or professionally to further your development?
A: I believe there’s so much wisdom to be found in podcasts, books, and deep conversations with people from all walks of life, so I regularly learn through these outlets. Continuous growth is really important to me.
